1 | Home Styling Services: Virtual + In Home

Our full room home styling service is our most comprehensive offering, which includes 3D design board featuring new furniture and decor, Space planning, Product Lists and Design Notes.
This service is designed to give a fresh new look to a space in your home. Together, we will create a customized design from scratch. By the end of the process, you will have all the details needed to purchase and set up the furniture and decor at your own pace. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after initial onboarding.
This service is suitable for various spaces in your home, such as living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, children's bedrooms, and home offices.

the onboarding process

LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
After purchasing your design package, you will be sent a questionnaire to give The Quietudes a sense of your style, budget, and what you're hoping to achieve with your space. The more detail, the better! Any special requests? Just let us know in the short answer sections.
Within the questionnaire, you will include photos and measurements/floor plan of the room. Try to capture every corner of the room in landscape mode. Start at one corner and work your way around. Your floor plan can be simple and hand-drawn. Please include dimensions for walls, doorways, windows, ceiling height, and any important architectural features. See this guide for reference.

THE DESIGN PHASE
When your design is ready, you'll receive an email invitation to view it on our private client portal. This is where we will be communicating about your design. You'll be able to leave feedback and comments, and we'll make any necessary tweaks. Don’t like an item? That’s okay, you have five days of unlimited revisions before the final design is sent. .
In the portal, you'll also find a to-scale floor plan that provides a bird's eye view of your room setup.
Once we finalize the design, you'll get a product list with direct shopping links and purchasing information. Then, it's all on you to bring your beautiful new room to life! By the end of the design process, you’ll have everything you need to purchase and install the furniture and decor on your own timeline.

Find photos of rooms that represent your style. Create a Pinterest board and send us the shared link, or email them directly to me. (Our Pinterest: the_quietudes) This step is crucial for aligning our visions for your space.
2 | Organizing Services
Simplify, Organize, Enhance
3-Hour Session $255
Our sessions are designed to help you reclaim your space and bring ease to your daily life. We start with a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your goals and evaluate your space. Together, we’ll create a custom plan that includes decluttering, organizing, and styling (if desired) for a fresh, functional transformation.
Sessions: Minimum of 3 hours, up to 6 hours per day
Our goal is to help you experience more flow in your home, making room for what truly matters. Whether it’s tackling clutter, creating organized systems, or styling your space for beauty and function, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

I focus on creating beautiful, functional spaces inside the main areas of your home. While I don’t currently offer organizing or styling for garages, basements, or attics, I’d be happy to recommend some fantastic businesses that specialize in those areas!

IN HOME VISIT
Following our initial contact, we will schedule an in home visit. Here we’ll review your budget, take measurements, and discuss any products (if needed.) Once we confirm the plan, I’ll send over the contract and invoice, and we’ll schedule your session(s) to get started!

REACH OUT
Begin by filling out our simple contact form to share your goals and areas of focus. We will hop on a quick phone call, discuss in a bit more detail, and get to know each other.

DECLUTTER + LET GO
In this phase, we’ll work together to simplify your space by sorting through belongings and keeping only what truly serves you. We’ll start with high-priority areas, deciding what to keep, donate, or discard based on your goals. For sentimental items, I’ll guide you through the decision process, helping you release them with confidence. I’ll take your items to local donation centers and have responsible disposal options to ensure your items are repurposed or removed sustainably.

SORT
In this step, we’ll go through your things and sort them into categories like clothes, books, kitchen tools, and sentimental items. Seeing everything out in the open helps us spot duplicates and things you no longer need. As we go, we might revisit some piles, but the goal is to make sure everything you keep has a purpose and a place in your space.

ORGANIZE
Now that we’ve sorted your things, it’s time to give each item a home and make it easier to keep things tidy. We’ll start by shopping your home for baskets and bins you may already have. If needed, I’ll recommend new storage solutions that fit your space, budget, and style. The goal is to make sure everything has a clear, accessible spot, so it’s easy to maintain and enjoy your space.

STYLE + ENHANCE
In this final step, we’ll bring your space to life by adding style, personality, and comfort. We’ll enhance the space with colors, textures, and design elements that reflect your style. We’ll also incorporate sensory touches like scent, lighting, and sound to create a calming, energizing vibe. To finish, we’ll add final touches like accent pieces and plants to make sure it’s both beautiful and functional. I’ll also share easy maintenance tips to help keep your space organized and styled without the overwhelm. And that’s it!
